Requirements:
Please provide access to a water tap and electrical socket. Ensure at least 1 meter of space around your vehicle. I am not insured to move vehicles, so park it correctly before I arrive.

 

Litter & Child Seats:
Remove all rubbish from your vehicle. Vans and pickup trucks require cleared cargo areas unless agreed in advance. I will not remove or refit child seats; please remove them beforehand.


Deposits & Payment:
A 20% deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of service completion via Card, Cash, Bank Transfer, or PayPal. Proof of insurance and public liability is available on request.


Cancellations & Weather:
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable if notice is less than 48 hours. In case of extreme weather, I may reschedule at no extra cost.


Extra Charges:
Additional fees may apply for very dirty vehicles, excessive items left inside, pet hair, paint or chemical spills, mud, mould, or other unusual conditions.
