Litter and Waste: Please remove all rubbish from your vehicle before my arrival. If you don't, I may add a surcharge to your bill, as it will take me longer to complete your chosen services. For vans and pickup trucks, the rear cargo area is not included in any valet or detail unless we agree in advance and you clear it of all rubbish, equipment, and objects etc.
Child Seats: I will not remove and refit child seats as these are crucial to your children’s safety. Please remove before our arrival, or if left in the vehicle I can hoover the seat as part of the car.
Deposits: Any service will require a upfront deposit(Subject to the cancellation policy, please see below).
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will not be refunded your deposit.
Weather: In case of extreme weather conditions, I will contact you beforehand and suggest moving your scheduled services to our next available slot. (You won't be charged the cancellation fee.) This decision is solely at our discretion, as it prevents me from working in the rain and allows you to fully appreciate your shining vehicle.
If you want to be the main contact person for scheduling, any cancellations will be your responsibility. Please ensure I have all customer information and vice versa to avoid any communication issues.
Payment & Insurance: Please settle your bill within 24 hours of completing the services, Proof of insurance and public liability can be provided upon request.
